SYNOPSIS: Sleepy Hollow is a troubled school district. There’s a witch trying to change the math curriculum, the substitute teacher is a scarecrow and the new schoolmaster, Ichabod Crane, is hopelessly in love with the town’s Rutabaga Festival Queen, Katrina Van Tassel. All Ichabod needs is a little luck, the ability to maintain his balance in high places and for Katrina’s noncommittal boyfriend, Brom Bones, to step aside. When Katrina stokes the flames of romantic rivalry at the annual Van Tassel Halloween Frolic, Ichabod soon discovers an obstacle he hadn’t accounted for––reliable transportation.
